Fitform Inversion Table Review
At $199, the FitForm Inversion Therapy table truly gives you value for your money. Much like its Teeter brothers, it’s constructed out of heat-treated steel; making it durable, resilient and sturdy.
The downside is that it weighs about 60 pounds and is a little on the heavy side. This would make it difficult for older users or those with severe back pain to move the table around. However, with its small dimensions (45 by 58 by 28 inches) it doesn’t take up much space; thus you don’t really need to move it around much.
Unlike other brands, the instructional DVD that comes with the FitForm Inversion Therapy Table not only contains set-up instructions; it also provides instructions for basic stretches and exercises.
The nylon lining on its back rest is removable, making it easier for you to clean it. This is an advantage that contributes to the longevity of the table.
Unlike other brands, the FitForm Therapy Table comes with specialized pivot bearings to make sure it doesn’t make too much noise as you invert and perform exercises. With this baby, you can relax as you invert.
